We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant.

At Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, the guestroom is at the heart of the guest experience. In this role, you ensure that each room is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Your attention to detail and consistency are key to creating a relaxing, refined environment for our guests.

You are responsible for efficiently and with care servicing assigned rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and prepared in a timely manner. You interact with guests in a polite and professional manner, assisting with requests and resolving concerns to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

Your natural sense of hospitality allows you to engage with guests in a courteous and respectful manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
• Experience in customer service is required
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable using basic technology to support daily operations
• Physically able to perform tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate to heavy loads
• Flexible and comfortable working shifts (AM/PM), including weekends and holidays
